Since 2011, Face2Face Ministries have been supporting the Mogadesi Luv Project. Initially through the provision of a farming cooperative feeding local widows and orphans in Mogadesi. Which soon followed by the development of a Community Resource Centre, which acts as a Church, primary School, and a Medical Centre.

The Maranatha Church - International is led by Pastor Dan Eseet and a small committed leadership team from within the rural sub-saharan Lwanjinsi community. The church opened January 2022, meeting in the open air across Lwanjinsi, "taking church to the people.."
Evangelism is at the heart of the Maranatha Churches DNA, with Pastor Christopher leading by example, sharing the gospel message and giving out free bibles across the Lwanjinsi and Manafwa district.
Face2Face Ministries is committed to Preaching the Gospel and making disciples. Ensuring that Christians are both trained and prepared to face the trials and tribulations of the current days we find ourselves in. It is essential that we maintain a close relationship with Jesus, so that we have "Clean Hands and Clean Hearts" before Him.
Face2Face Ministries partners with Face2Face Ministries Uganda to deliver an annual leadership training programme to the Maranatha leadership team. To ensure that maintain strong Christian doctrine and leadership in these compromised days. It is essential that leaders maintain a strong personal relationship with Jesus and serve the church with loving selfless leadership
Face2Face Uganda are currently building a Ministry centre up in the Bufuma Hills, which form part of the foot hills of the Elgon Mountain range. The Ministry centre will deliver pre-marriage counselling courses and act as a honeymoon destination for couples in the community who otherwise couldn't afford to celebrate their new lives in Christ. The centre will also host missionary retreats and training events, being due to complete in Late 2023.
Each ministry trip we make to Uganda always throws up wonderful surprises. We learn more about ourselves and just how much God loves us when we spend time with the rural Ugandan people. They own so little but love with so much, so many of the photos taken show the joy and peace a true passionate relationship with Jesus can make?
In 2019 a small missions team held missions’ trips in Lwanjnsi and Namagera with nearly 60 water baptisms and 20 salvations. An exciting time of renewal within both churches, where the Holy Spirit was allowed to have free reign.
In October 2017 a small team from the UK travelled to the Magodesi Luv Project, in order to minister and evangelise throughout rural bush communities.
As part of the ministry visit, the team carried out the following activities:
In 2015, Face2Face managed to raise sufficient funds to complete the roof and floor within the CRC, to the delight of the Widows & Orphans at Mogadesi. No sooner was the roof on and the builders off site and prayer meetings started, dedicating the building to the Lord's service.
In 2014, the steep learning curve of building a Community Resourcing Centre commenced. The buildings purpose would be to act as a Church, School, Medical Centre and meeting hall for the community. Foundations were laid, walls went up, walls fell down in the rains, but eventually, praise God a firm structure was in place.
Two Ugandan based NGO's (Non-Government Based Organisations) were started to deliver ministry work throughout the community Face2Face Uganda, along with Saints Perfection Ministries to support the Lwanjinsi Church.
In 2013, Face2Face Ministries establish a new church plant, called Lwanjinsi Church, named after the local area and commenced its Community Farming Cooperative. Starting off with a small 1-acre piece of land and a few widows’ gardens.
The Lwanjinsi Church members set about planting crops and sharing the harvest with widows and orphans within the community. A vital life essential, is clean water, so Face2Face Ministries provided 25 LifeWater systems along with a new bicycle for Pastor John.
During the year we managed to ship 200+ bibles and assorted clothing and resources to support the community.
In 2012 the Face Family relocated to Uganda, based in Kampala, travelling to Jinja & Mbale to establish Face2Face Ministries.
A core principal of Face2Face Ministries is the "Face to Face" aspect, we need to meet and know the people we work with in Uganda, to ensure that the finances dealt with and projects delivered are done so with integrity - clean hands and clean hearts.
2011 was the first year that the founders of Face2Face Ministries visited Uganda, as part of a mission trip through the Kanzia Trust. During this trip God laid upon our hearts a passion for Uganda and the foundations of what would become Face2Face Ministries, directing our footsteps the following year to meet up with the now Project leaders, Pastors John and Rose Obelle.
